Directions for Use

Wet your face with lukewarm/cold water. Dispense a small amount of Blue Light Defense Face Wash into your hands. Gently massage it onto your face using circular motions, avoiding the eye area. Rinse thoroughly with water and pat your skin dry. Use morning and night as part of your skincare routine.
